Pam was born in Brooklyn, NY on March 23, 1963 to Allen and Jeannette “Jeannie” (Wallace) Coates. Pam had an interesting life, moving quite often until the family finally settled in Payette, ID, where they made their home.
Pam enjoyed having pets and spending time with family. She was a shy child and got along with everyone. Pam was very proud of her large collection of Elvis memorabilia. She loved the beach, reading, playing cards, watching movies and karaoke.
She met John Van Aukon and together they had a daughter named Tiffany and shortly after a son named Jake. Pam and John parted ways and she later met the love of her life, Paul; with whom she shared 24 years of making memories together. They had no children. Pam was employed at Wal-Mart in Ontario, Oregon at the time of her death.
Pam leaves behind her two children, Tiffany and Jake; six sisters, Theresa, Linda, Gloria, Susan, Sharon, and Tina and their families; one brother, Edward Allen and his family; as well as various other family members. Her mom and dad, Allen and Jeannie, preceded her in death.
She is loved by all and will be greatly missed. We will always remember your smile and the way you would move your hand in the air when you would get excited. We hope Elvis is singing your favorite song to you in heaven, “Love Me Tender”.
